The Alumni Information System is a software application designed to facilitate employment access for Hasan Kalyoncu University graduates, organize alumni tracking and placement processes, and support the career development of students and alumni.

Why Should the Alumni Information System Be Used?

The system serves as a bridge between alumni and employers. By registering, you can benefit from current job and internship opportunities and stay informed about events that will support your career development.

How Is It Used?

  • Log in with e-Government and register using the student/alumni registration tab.
  • Fill in your personal information to start using the system.
  • Create your CV by filling in sections such as contact information, education, and work/internship experience from the “Personal Information” tab.
  • View job postings suitable for you from the “Job Postings” tab on the homepage.
